Działalność naukowa

Research topics:

  1. Investigation of the influence of abiotic and biotic stress factors on plants (e.g., insect feeding, presence of heavy metals, increased temperature).
  2. Examination of the content of selected primary and secondary plant metabolites.
  3. Assessment of the level of oxidative stress in plants - enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants.
  4. Assessment of photosynthesis - parameters of chlorophyll a fluorescence.
  5. The role of signaling molecules (e.g., methyl jasmonate and salicylic acid) in plant physiology.
  6. The role of soil microorganisms in the promotion of plant growth.

Tematyka badawcza:

  1. Badanie wpływu abiotycznych i biotycznych czynników stresowych na rośliny (np. żerowanie owada, obecność metali ciężkich, podwyższona temperatura).
  2. Badanie zawartości wybranych metabolitów pierwotnych i wtórnych roślin.
  3. Ocena poziomu stresu oksydacyjnego u roślin – enzymatyczne i nieenzymatyczne antyoksydanty.
  4. Ocena funkcjonowania procesu fotosyntezy – parametry fluorescencji chlorofilu a.
  5. Rola cząsteczek sygnałowych (np. jasmonianu metylu i kwasu salicylowego) w fizjologii roślin.
  6. Rola mikroorganizmów glebowych w promocji wzrostu roślin.
