On Monday, March 6th, the Rector of the University, prof. dr hab. Stanisław Michałowski, hosted a reception to celebrate the successes of students who were awarded scholarships within the Own Scholarship Fund of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.
Scholarships for the best students were awarded in four categories:
35 scholarship recipients who attended the ceremony received certificates for their achievements.
One of the beneficiaries, Ms. Nolwazi Mhodi, introduced the audience to poetic music she composed for the occasion.
Scholarship grants were funded by donation from the Bank Zachodni WBK S.A Stefan Bryła Foundation which supports higher education, scientific research and entrepreneurship.
