MBTI Workshop for Students (Personality profiling)

The UMCS Office for Competence Development offers students an interactive workshop aimed at increasing students’ self-awareness and understanding of each other.

The MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) instrument is one of the most popular psychometric assessment tools in the world that can help you understand yourself a little better. Originally based on Carl Jung's theory of personality types, the MBTI is a non-judgmental tool that provides an insight on:

  • how you process information,
  • where you focus your attention,
  • how you make your decisions,
  • your approach to problem solving,
  • your strengths and potential blind spots.
