Accommodation applications are now open for 2018/19

First round of applications for on-campus housing opens on 20th May 2018. Between 20th May and 20th June 2018 students may file applications for University-provided housing for the academic year 2018/19. In the first round, only the following groups of students may submit their applications:

  •     I to IV-year students of long-cycle programmes,
  •     I, II-year bachelor’s degree students (3-year programmes),
  •     I, II and III-year engineer’s degree students (3,5-year programmes),
  •     I-year students of second-cycle (master’s degree) programmes,
  •     I, II, III and IV-year doctoral students.

Applications for on-campus housing should be submitted ONLY via the USOSweb system. Download the application guide:

 It is not necessary to print out and submit a paper form of your application!

Applicants with disabilities, requesting a placement in University-provided housing,should deliver copies of documents which confirm circumstances referred to in the application submitted via the USOSweb (if the documents have not already been delivered to the relevant dean’s office):

  • in person, to the Commission for Student Dormitories (the Office of Student Affairs of the Centre for Education and Studies Management, “Helios” dormitory, room 5, Monday–Friday, 9:00–14.30) or
  • send scans of relevant documents to:

Applicants who are blind, use a wheelchair or walk on crutches should indicate this fact on Page 4 in the USOSweb system.

After 21st June 2018, the Commission for Dormitories will publish the results of the first round of applications for on-campus housing in the USOSweb system.

The choice of assigned places must be confirmed ONLY on the USOSweb platform by 20 July 2018 at the latest.
