Accommodation applications are now open for 2017/18

First round of applications for on-campus housing opens on 20th May 2017. Between 20th May and 20th June 2017 students may file applications for University-provided housing for the academic year 2017/18. In the first round, only the following groups of students may submit their applications:

  •     I to IV-year students of long-cycle programmes,
  •     I, II-year bachelor’s degree students (3-year programmes),
  •     I, II and III-year engineer’s degree students (3,5-year programmes),
  •     I-year students of second-cycle (master’s degree) programmes,
  •     I, II, III and IV-year doctoral students.

Applications for on-campus housing should be submitted ONLY via the USOSweb system. Download the application guide:

 It is not necessary to print out and submit a paper form of your application!

Applicants in specific circumstances, requesting a placement in University-provided housing e.g. single parents, persons with disabilities, orphans or a half-orphans, a student marriage, should deliver copies of documents which confirm circumstances referred to in the application submitted via the USOSweb:

  • in person, to the Commission for Student Dormitories (the Office of Student Affairs of the Centre for Education and Studies Management, “Helios” dormitory, room 5, Monday–Friday, 9:00–14.30) or
  • send scans of relevant documents to: akademik@poczta.umcs.lublin.pl

Disabled persons who use a wheelchair or walk on crutches should indicate this fact on Page 4 in the USOSweb system.

After 21st June 2017, the Commission for Dormitories will publish the results of the first round of applications for on-campus housing in the USOSweb system.

The choice of assigned places must be confirmed ONLY on the USOSweb platform by 20 July 2017 at the latest.
